The last 19 months have been difficult for everyone, and finding an equitable path forward is more important than ever. The Center for Tax and Budget Accountability (“CTBA”) is pleased to announce the return of its fiscal symposium and welcomes Speaker Chris Welch as the keynote presenter. CTBA hopes to encourage a robust and yet practical discussion of how the fiscal situation in Illinois impacts the public policy systems that can build equity and create opportunity throughout the state, and what can be done about it.
