Illinois State Treasurer Michael W. Frerichs to keynote CTBA Annual Fiscal Symposium. The Treasurer will provide his vision for moving Illinois to sustainable fiscal health, which will address the strengths and weaknesses of the FY2016 budget, as well as the budget "fixes" Illinois should adopt for FY2017 and future fiscal years.
